Project Overview
Whistle Construction is a web application created to streamline project tracking, task assignment, and communication within construction teams. The platform makes it easy to delegate responsibilities, monitor progress in real time, and stay aligned across multiple ongoing projects. Designed for both desktop and mobile, it ensures teams remain productive whether on-site or in the office.
Our Role
We were responsible for the full UX and UI design of the platform. From early user flow planning to polished interface design, our work focused on clarity, usability, and real-world functionality. The platform includes dashboards, time tracking, a team directory, and a support chatbot, all structured to make managing construction workflows more efficient and intuitive.

Design Approach
Our goal was to create a clean and focused experience that would work well for both technical and non-technical users. We designed with simplicity and speed in mind, ensuring that each screen supports clear decision-making and smooth task execution. We used layout consistency, strong visual hierarchy, and purposeful use of color to reduce confusion and keep users aligned.
